He and all who named him and celebrated him and recruited his 70+ thousand “clients” all of whom signed up for a non-existent class against case against the SEC. What that moron actually DID to the people – none of whine are PRO XRP INVESTORS, NOT ONE OF THEM – he represented was to sign them all up as DEFENDANTS sitting alongside RIPPLE, etc and therefore responsible for any damages etc that the SEC could/would levy.
