Some dead NFT projects/ still surviving projects and one specific Pepe I have my eye on

Do with this advice with what you wish, and generally it is a good idea for people to "buy art that you like to look at" but as we head towards the parabolic phase of the bull run I'd recommend on being focused on the projects most likely to bring the biggest returns. Most definitely buy the cards you like from those projects, but there are Rare Pepes and Fake Rares (and Spells of Genesis) which are down 90%+ from ATH. The way I see it, if there is another NFT bull run (and I think there will be) the market will be focused on historically significant collections as well as the "latest and greatest" trendy projects. A handful of 2021 projects (like Lazy Lions and WOW) may have a resurgence, but it will be more difficult because they are not are not historically significant nor the shiny new object. Pepes are, In my opinion, the most historically/culturally significant project of all…and Fake Rares are its younger cousin. Owning a small handful of the "right" cards could set the collector up for life.
