I heard that the US gov hacked CZs phone, but I heard that a month ago.
Those lining their own pockets from the 'debt ceiling' know that crypto kills this gravy train. They know they can't stop it, but they can slow it down with these lawsuits. Don't rule out a corrupt decision against Ripple, or a decision that doesn't provide any clarity at all for the crypto industry.
I think BTC went down because 80% of BTC trading happens on BINANCE .

It’s important to point out that the tokens themselves are not a party here. Only Binance is a defendant. It is of course the case that a finding will need to be made about the tokens, as a necessary prior step before ruling on Binance, but any resulting judgement will not be ruling against the tokens as entities.

Wouldn't the SEC first have to sue all the ALT coins they mentioned are securities before sueing Binance for trading unregistered securities? The SEC have basically said they are going to be sueing the entire crypto industry for the next decade.
Everyone in the crypto community needs to come together. Putting tribalism aside, we need a show of force against this corruption. Please vote accordingly.
Imagine the impact on the market if they took to EVERY shitcoin at once. The reason the SEC is picking a few shitcoins at a time, the SEC have limited resources to sue each unregistered security. And they will want the market to adjust before taking on more securities.
