Poland-based Zondacrypto, with over 1.35 million users, announced its strategic expansion into Switzerland on 14 January 2025.
The company is looking to establish itself in the “crypto valley” of Switzerland i.e. Zug.
In tandem with its Swiss expansion, Zondacrypto has entered into a partnership with Incore Bank. This Swiss B2B bank specializes in services for corporate clients and the management of both traditional and digital assets.
Commenting on the development, Przemysław Kral, CEO of Zondacrypto said, “Switzerland is a key market for our global expansion strategy.”

Zondacrypto Looking To Tap Into Switzerland’s Advanced Regulatory Framework
Zug is widely recognized as the “Crypto Valley” due to its vibrant blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem. It has attracted numerous blockchain startups and established companies due to its business-friendly policies.
By setting up operations in Zug, the company aims to tap into the region’s advanced regulatory framework and robust financial infrastructure. These factors have made Zug a magnet for blockchain companies worldwide.
Moreover, this collaboration is poised to create synergies between the traditional banking sector and the rapidly growing cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Apart from Zug, Lugano has come to be known as a crypto-friendly town too. The credit for this goes to Michele Foletti, the Mayor of Lugano, who has come to be known as the Crypto Mayor of Switzerland. The Crypto Mayor of Switzerland, alongside Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, unveiled a Satoshi Nakamoto statue in Lugano on 25 October 2024.
“Lugano is rapidly becoming a leading hub for digital innovation, and this statue honors Satoshi Nakamoto but also embodies the forward-thinking spirit that drives our city,” Foletti remarked.
