Totally depends on the time horizon. If the focus is maximum returns for the next bull cycle, Arb and Op are better than Eth and Matic. If the time horizon is 2030 and beyond, Eth is the safest bet (after Btc).

You are wrong about FILE. Today 600m tokens. 2025: 900m tokens. Today MC = 2.2B, or 3.3 equivalent in 2025. So 20-30 B will be 6x to 9x. Do you see an error with this calculation? They are saying the mining will not be released unless it goes full scale, which would imply a huge price increase also.
20 Dec 2023 and all trading around same prices. If you bought BTC and HODL tight when you saw this video, you would've made decent % to 2x gains. Stop hunting life changing gains and HODL BTC.
