LOL. Logan Paul probably called his lawyers wanting to sue Coffeezilla. Then the lawyers informed him that if he has no evidence to contradict Coffee in the public domain, he better have something he's been withholding that will blow the case wide open. And then they informed him that discovery is a thing if he actually opens a lawsuit, where Coffee will get his own lawyers and request all information and communications related to the scam be provided immediately. And at that point Logan realized oh shit, maybe a lawsuit isn't a good idea after all. We're trying to cover things up and going through discovery is a real pain to that end.

If this "game" of Logan Paul's exists entirely on the chain, there's no fixing what's already been committed to the network without extreme amounts of effort from the owners of the chain itself. This is because of the nature of blockchain itself, essentially being an append-only activity log. Same for the tokens. A glitchy token cannot be patched – it must be replaced, and the only thing you can do with the old token is essentially append a note that says "This is not a functional token, please don't buy or sell me!"
