Great video, the one thing I would say is that we cant assume Disney does not care about lawsuits because it is launching on flow, the licensing deals are made years ahead of time so they might have had no option. We will see how hard Disney markets and promotes this platform, that might give us some more incite and the support your claim or mine. Right now its just my opinion but ill be watching dapper and seeing how it plays out i'm not a pin collector so i'm not going for this drop but if the drop some other mediums I might.
Even the worst shit crypto is pumping but look OMI we can say that is the biggest shit coin of the market

Nobody but a few moon boys take VeVe seriously whatsoever and it warms my heart.
Both VeVe & Disney care about potential lawsuits. However, the much bigger reason they haven't done the things they promised yet was the tech needing to be completely rebuilt & actually ready to integrate these things while still keeping up with the drop schedule.
The global market, crypto market & legal landscape, turning for the better again, also plays a big factor before deciding to integrate these utility, onboard exchanges & opening up the war chest & pumping the marketing dollars.
It's all close, but people are tired of waiting, upset about all the delays & fearful that it won't come in time for the Golden bull. I am betting it will b/c they have far more to lose than any of us if they don't.
These scenarios are what create opportunities, shake out weak hands/emotional/impatient investors.
Those who have strong conviction based on their own strong due diligence & double & triple down or at least hodl get rewarded for their efforts.
It's not a competition. It's another player & gateway to VeVe. If VeVe is the best, we just want just people to embrace NFT's & the smart contracts behind them.
VeVe got free marketing while also helping them so they truly don't see them as direct competition, nor should we as investors imho.
Was Apple afraid of Microsoft, or did they use them to accel & help push the overall industry forward?
Don't get me wrong, they were far more direct competitors & their respective leaders made it apparent at times, but if VeVe is first & the best then they have nothing to worry about.
VeVe simply didn't know what they didn't know & having to rebuild everything & scale up properly during the bear market are the reasons why so many people think it's "dead" or a "scam". Missed timelines & their weaker communication skills are why people think OMI has been left behind.
Some of VeVe's audience are pure collectors/customers and many are pure crypto bros who are more web 3.0 purists or younger in age and haven't endured multiple cycles so that can't as easily distinguish between a real-world businesses based blockchain technology versus a purely crypto project. 🫡

The Disney/star wars/ marvel nft’s will be sort after in many years time. Unfortunately a large number of the VeVe community were the most emotional and neurotic investors there has ever been, any sign of a dip and those salad hands dropped everything they held 😂. I’ll keep mine as a ten year experiment just incase, haven’t opened the app in months as I don’t want to know 🤷🏻♂️ flooding the market with nft’s before rolling out KYC and cash out was a terrible business move.
The Disney Pin move is to attract the Disney Diehards that go to the parks all the time. Very niche and committed group of Disney fans who collect the physical pins. They have trading posts in the park for pin trading. Get those folks who love to collect the physical into buying and collecting the pins is another revenue stream for Disney. They only care about money. Hopefully those of us who have been buying Veve get another chance to sell our bags during the next big crypto/nft pump.
