One of the channels I was subscribed to got compromised like this. Unfortunately, I unsubscribed (I was a little confused), and now I can't find it.
10 days after your upload, a really huge channel network is compromised.
I had 3 of these show up this morning on my subscriber feed. It looked like linus tech tips, or one of his channels got got lol

We never get rid of all security issues, every time there will be new systems linked to the internet and because people are using them there will be security problems. We can learn past problems and add different security layers to avoid them happening again, but there is always a new scenario behind the corner. At some point there are just so many layers it will affect the usability of different services and end users won't use them if it is too complicated.
I'm sure Google(or any big corporation) is trying to take security seriously but they are learning too because technology is going forward all the time. Security is so important and it will cost a money, but service providers can not put all their money into different security features because they had to use the money for other things too like developing themselves.
Some services need more security than others it is not a big deal if a random webpage got hacked if there is no sensitive information, but they need to have a plan for how to recover when things aren't going well. On the other hand, even if it is Nasa/Darpa/US Armed Forces there is still a point when it is no longer reasonable to put more resources/money into counter-security measures if it takes their all resources out of their core business because then they lost their meaning of developing those most important things for humans.
I work with security and risk management and it is a thought and never-ending field. We already have good security models but implementing them in different fields of business is a different story.
Well, now that Linus Tech Tips got Tesla'd, I can only hope that this kicks Google in the although.
also idk but the channel 'wivva' is live this very second and i found it just randomly in my recommended. You should look cuz im honestly not sure wtf is going on, it at first looks like a hackd channel but then regular gaming videos with im presuming wivva doing live streams in them and then alternate with the fake elon crypto live streams. Im just saying its questionable
What amazes me more is people actually think they are going to get double their money back
at 5:15, i saw this deepfake ad of Elon run a ton on YouTube and kept reporting it, yet it always stayed up… you could clearly see the guys walking in backwards and forwards alternatively… plus Elon does not speak that linearly, he pauses often or stutters a bit, this voice was an AI voice deep fake as well. (so they must of deepfaked the voice, then get an actor to recite it exactly for the face motion, then deep fake Elon over him with Elon from the actual interview frames… thus why visually it is not that jarring since they did not do a full face swap with another, it was Elon on Elon.)

My account was hacked yesterday with this same Elon musk video and I was locked out of my google account. Then it said my account was terminated due to violating terms of service. Does anyone know how to get my account back :/ it was- xdeadman108

Report all you want. You can’t stop it! Only the top YouTube executives can but they will not either because more streaming means more revenue. More accounts equals more revenue and you tube isn’t going away until someone else comes up with a better platform, ie., a platform that doesn’t allow for spoofing content and hacking accounts!!!😢

My channel was hacked, but luckily I managed to get it back. The very next thing I've done is installed 2 step Google authenticator immediately.
It’s impossible to report these most of the time. When you try to click submit the button does nothing. The page just hangs.
Youtube already said they are not taking action anymore on these because of the amount there is. This has to have some legal repercussions to this.
This recently happened to The Pals YouTube channel.
I don't get who would fall for this. Its takes a concerted effort to do all this crap taking over someone's channel but its so obviously fake.
