I really don’t think that, if the bank can send your money overseas for 25 to 50 cents instead of $50 that they will. They want to make as much as possible. If they get control of it they will still charge $20 or $30, even if their cost is 25 cents. Banks don’t care about us, they only want to make as much money as possible.
