what the hell is going on with jesse's sub count. a thousand people subbed to him and youtube took away 1000 subs.
I love the metaverse, especially metaverse game. I'm looking forward to experiencing the metaverse in DeFi Warrior Game
Jesse is the only gaming news source I trust
I think mr meta created mass confusion over the name change, the forced fb and it's eventual rollback so no one would take much notice of the new end user agreement he slid in there.
CrenMinute condensed = I hate labels but especially the "gamer" one.
"enhance non-verbal communication"
this coming from the man that looks like all 800 servos in his face lost 99% of their power delivery
All I can think is Metaverse is just IMVU in VR is
Shout-out to whoever makes the scrolling text for the Cren minute, always Killin it
I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only person that doesn't understand wtf this is and why anyone would be motivated to use it.

As to the "what is it" you basically got it right with the last one. It is a large digital mall, or maybe more a digital main street. They want you on 1 platform to do everything digital, from your shopping to gaming to work and other social activities. That way they get a cut of EVERYTHING. The store you buy something from is either theirs or a company paying to be in their virtual mall. If you are gaming they are again either selling you the product or taking revenue for hosting it. They hope to take a cut for business that pay to use their services for virtual meetings and collaborations. Any targeted advertisements that happen on the platform they get a cut of.
Then the big cherry on top after all of that. They harvest all the usage data and sell it allowing them to double dip.
I feel like the multiverse is that scene in the Matrix where Neo wakes up and is surrounded by people in pods you know that scene and he's all.. oily and bald that scene
Having sensors everywhere is cool.
It's just uncool if they are made for Facebook.
I don't know a single person (that I know in real life) who has used, much less uses, "the metaverse"
As Valve would say…
Just play a damn MMO. That's the Metaverse you want.
Cinephiles?
The term 'Gamer' has always reminded me of the Bill Hicks about being called a 'Reader' in a Waffle House.
On the Crenminute's subject matter, do we call people who play Candy Crush or some other rubbish mobile cash grab, "gamers"? By definition it should be a "yes" but it doesn't feel right. I would not like to be lumped with those kinds of people.
Cambridge analytica – millions of private info sold, we’re you affected ?
the metaverse by creating their very own avatar on the platform, a 3D virtual world browser-based platform. This is one of the finest and simplest ways to obtain entrance to the metaverse.
#Metaverse is a trending industry and there are many projects that are getting launched. However to choose the best ones, I always rely on #Gateio since all the #Metaverse tokens that get listed on #Gateio always give best returns
Jesse, PLEASE buy Crendor a green screen
It's actually really sad that the biggest movement in VR is this garbage and not investments into a genuinely interesting tech and more immersive gaming utility.
I just want to see one investor meeting where some big industrial players start asking questions like "what is this thing? how does it make money? why did Mark change the company's name from one of the strongest brands in the world to a random latin prefix? What the hell does "our platform will prioritise social" mean? Social what, exactly? Why is a multibillion dollar company failing to compete competently against an glorified community project?"
please stop squinting
The whole meta thing is just a big complication of a simple process that ends up doing it worse.
Heck, allot of people are still annoyed with voice messages.
Why would anyone want to put on goggles, sit in front of the PC, be highly restricted in what they can do, wait for the world to load, wait for everyone to connect, wait for updates, in order to just say "Nice weather today".
That's exactly why second life is a niche.
Failed concept brought by overly detached rich people that really just seeks more ways to exploit the whole crypto bro market and naive children to spend money on nonsense.
