You should checkout VR if you ever get the chance for a multitude of reasons. As for the METAVERSE I find it interesting Mark Cuckerberg is basically data mining VRCHAT with his Quest2 currently. No doubt to rip off the community in general at a later date for profits so im personally not a huge fan of META and hope Microsoft, Apple, or Valve come up with their own platforms to beat the breaks off facebook/meta. …. but i'll not get into that much here …. Instead if you do check it out feel free to look me up in world and to make sure you've got some good play space … stubbed toes, knocked over shelves, and banged knees not good! 🙂

I want to add from a health and fitness aspect VR and AR is great too but this ramble is long enough.
