I think that probably doesn’t help unless you’re coming at it from an angle that the existing CoinCenter suit doesn’t. If CoinCenter win then all the addresses get removed from the list, and if CoinCenter don’t win then you won’t win either.
CoinCenter have picked four people to represent different kinds of plaintiff: Themselves (because people send them anonymous donations with Tornado Cash), somebody who routinely uses Tornado Cash when getting paid, an anonymous human rights advocate who collects money for Ukraine and may be at risk of retribution, and the Bankless dude who was dusted.
